Where to put Gecko OS on your SD card

I want to use a green stage hack in brawl but I need Geck OS to use this since it doesn't ignore the SD card when playing (I heard this)

I have the old ocarina and I tried to replace it with gecko OS (I have homebrew 1.01). However I didn't really know where to put in on the SD card. I started up homebrew and some weird installation screen occured which looked similar to the twilight hack. I installed everything and now nothing works anymore on my homebrew and I don't see any Gecko OS. I removed The whole homebrew channel and installed it again. Can someone tell me how to install the Gecko OS thing while still having ocarina in your SD card?
