(FIXED) AC: CF - Game Disc Not Read

Hey guys, I searched for this but couldn't find any relative topics:

I've done a step-by-step from the Twilight Hack to GeckoOs and using the code manager, and I've hit a rut in the road. After I boot up Animal Crossing: City Folk, the screen says, "SD codes found. Applying," jumps to the Wii Warning message, then the Online ESRB message, and lastly, the screen greets me with a "Game Disc could not be read. Please consult manual blah blah"

What I have done so far:
Downloaded this list: http://www.usbgecko.com/codes/index.php?r=us&c=RUUE01
Used code manager to check only one single code (99,999 bells) to see if it would work.
Named the file, the ID, and the game name all RUUE01.
I have stored this in E:\codes\
Forced NTCS to YES, and language to ENGLISH

I am not sure what else to do.  If any of you guys could help me, that'd be really cool.

Other info:
Used homebrew channel with Wii version 3.34; microSD to SD adapter as well

does this only happen when you use gecko os or it happens even when your playing the game normally?

if the answer is " it only hapens when you use gecko os" then unfortunately i have absolutely no idea why that is. if it happen hen you play the game normally then you either have a scratched dvd, a dirty dvd or dirty lens (i think) if you have dirt lens  then i sugest getting a dvd drive cleaner or you could send it o nintendo but if you ant to send it to nintendo then get rid of any signs of homebrew on your wii.

if you have a dirty dvd...clean it, :P


anyway if that doesnt work then sorry but i have no idea what else you can do, someone else might know though.

LOL, that's what it was. 

It seems there was some sort of liquid gunk in my Twilight Princess case (where I put Animal Crossing: City Folk inside while I took out Twilight Princess) and it completely made the disc unreadable.

CLEAN DISC = SOLVED PROBLEM.
