so then I used Ocarina, I chose Animal Crossing, and  mysteriously I saw the night and fires of devices I chose my Character (P1) and the I went out to my Hourse I saw the calendar : 01/01/2009, I went to the town hall,  I went towards the automatic teller machine and I hadn't got the famous 9,999,999 bells !

I turn Off my wii -) turn on the wii and in AC : L'sGTC I'm the Thursday, Januar the fifteenth

WTF ? why the cheats don't work ?!

First, use GeckoOS, its the same as ocarina, but it works better and the time is fixed.

you need to press A+B+Z+C+1 while in the game to get the bells.
If you have a PAL wii then you need to use these code for the bells:
