The texture modifiers work now, I forgot 2 lines >_< I feel like a moron

BTW, if you want to make some texture modifiers you need to look somewhere between 90B2E6AC and 90B2EF34.
You'll see a bunch of floating point values.
its 3 3F800000 in a row and then some others then another 3 3F800000.
The 3F800000 is the size of a body part and the other values are the rotation.
