Dont bother with magic lamps.. as said somewhere else they are a special item and you need to have things just so for it to appear.

Emotion cycler code corrupted my save file.
I have to delete my town and make a new one apparently.
It has to have been that code because it was the only one i had activated the last time that I saved.
I played a few times and the code worked fine, but I don't see any other explanation for my save randomly being corrupt.

Your game isn't permanently corrupt, as stated before.

But also try making a copy of your save next time, just in case. Savegame Extractor works fine, but I recommend the NO COPY FLAG feature from Gecko OS Rebooter (works only on Wii version 3.3... and below?)

Jassim

yh like jose said above dont btoher with the savegame extractor that takes ages and sometimes fails, just use the no copy flag, i think people didnt take much notice of the copy flap

do NOT pm me to request a code or if you have any problems with my code.

They certainly did, but I've heard the no copy flag does suffer from some glitches and can corrupt as well, ask the moderators, their best bet is on the savegame extractor and installer. May be quicker, but could corrupt your data if you aren't careful.

I was just wondering if there is a tan modifier. I can see how the code is structured differently than in WW but I can't figure the mod. Perhaps the 7th digit in the hex? Would be greatly appreciated. The morbid whiteness that is me is offensive. Thanks.
See you on the flipside, Baby!

hetoan2

my best bet is on GeckoOS lol

honestly i don't have time for that crap, if it corrupts the save on the memory card just make more than 1 backup before hand. It's a lot easier than having to stick the disk in and going to homebrew channel, even if the save extractor gets better results

honestly, he's right, if you want reliability use Waninkoko's Save Extractor, some no-copy saves weren't meant to be copied and can easily get corrupted when copying back and forth

Lucky for you animal crossing isn't one of those games, MySims is though.

Kyohei

The animal crossing map from Virus only supports Waninkokos Extractor format(decrypted).
Any way to decrypt normal Wii save files?

hetoan2

theres a converter from .bin to waninkoko's weird format somewhere.

Do you mean Segher's Wii.git?
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Segher%27s_Wii.git

You need to build it on Linux.
Tachtig unpacks the save and twintig repacks it.

EDIT: I compiled it. Uploaded at http://ratm.net63.net/segher-wii.git.tar.bz2
It's really only useful for people on Linux, since they're Linux executables.
I also put in a readme that says what they do.

Yeah. Seems like somebody isn't very creative with names. :P

Does anyone know if the weed remover code and the inventory modifier codes work while you are in another town?

Thunder44

could someone help me prepare the codes for me to use with the code manager? i want to make sure im putting the codes on my sd card the right way without ruining my game (yes, i backed up my save file)

04E2F1B0 FFFFFFFF

and everytime i walk into a house the game freezes.... perhaps it needs a button activator?
haven't had time to test it out with a button activator...

anyone wanna test it for me?

Crap, I see my error in that. Use the one below.

All Songs (P1)
