Hey guys, does anyone else get this problem, When i put in the codes and boot the game my date gets changed back to January 1st 2000, so i just turn off the game , because im afraid of messing up my town. Anyone know how to make this problem go away? Im guessing button activators but i dont want to try it out without confirmation.

*im guessing its because i use ocarina still huh? LOL*

LOL!!!!  Don't get mad, get even, huh?  It's funny but kinda sad at the same time.  Ahh well, you won't see me doing that when I get the game.  But that's just me.  Everyone's different in the end.

One could always visit my town to get the texture. Wendell gives it out...

I am TRYING TO TURN my patterns into Magic Lamps, and the code I used is on pg. 11 of the Non-Support Animal Crosssing City FOlk Code post.

What did I do wrong? Can someone just give me a code and tell me what values to edit? Im an idiot, as most can see.

I saw on the ACCF hacking thread (too lazy to look at what page) that Virus had come out with a new Map Editor? OK, so I wasn't too lazy and picked up this:

"Where possible, use a Map Editor (Virus has recently released one on another BBS). That makes you god over your town. Customize it in many ways you want. Adding a row of different kinds of trees is only a few clicks away. No need to lookup and remember 16 bit item codes."

Does anyone know where I could DL it?

in fact, for most cases, the cycle codes are easier to use because you dont have to upload a new gamesave EVERY time you want to get a new emotion, item, ect.

it only does basic functions at this time -.-

The cycler gos up and down in vales WAY to fasts. I could hardly ever get K.K. Love Song. It kept skipping the values. And to many INTERNALS.

Anyone help me with my pattern - magic lamp problem?

You can expect so much on the initial release.. the fact that he has gotten it out this quick is quite an accomplishment, from what he says there will be a new version out tonight or sometime soon as well.

Emotion cycler code corrupted my save file.
I have to delete my town and make a new one apparently.
It has to have been that code because it was the only one i had activated the last time that I saved.
I played a few times and the code worked fine, but I don't see any other explanation for my save randomly being corrupt.

No, no. You don't have to delete your save. It's the code temporarily corrupting the file. Just turn off or fix the code, and your save will be fine. I hope you read this before you actually delete/start over.
