Yes, but it is space inefficient IMHO, and makes it harder to reply to specific points (ie. see how I chopped up your post into 3 separate parts, and addressed them seperately -- I prefer that approach - YMMV)

just divide it yourself. insert [ /quote][quote ] in between each of the points you want to touch on. plus it changes the colors and makes it easier for everyone else to see and it saves space (using 10pt font)

fair enough, but i only say that when it's something they have posted again and again and i figured by doing that it would stop them but it doesn't. I'll delete them :P

I suggest something more like "02E92576 018FFFFF"
I think you want to fill all $320 bytes with $FF. Memory address $90E92576 is a bit array for the entire world map (1 bit for each cell in the world map). Bit 1 means recently watered. There are 5x5 acres. Each acre is 16x16 cells. 5*5*16*16/8 = 800 = $320.

Will this make ALL grass in my town the value I set the code to?

In other words, if I use this with XX=13, then all the dirt paths in my town will instead have snow?

nope. it's actually set as a overall color modifier so since dead grass is in a different area in memory you'd have to use FMK's grass code.
