maybe the ntsc-u code fails to work aswell.
Would be good to try on both regions.

Dolphin has some weird offset thing that happens.

As for the PAL to US thing, I would port it for you, but here's the problem with that.... I got no ASM knowledge. And it's THAT codetype.
