I have a modchip and I want to buy a gecko and start hacking but...
Will the memory locations be the same with a backup/scrubbed game?
Or will the codes only be usefull for me?

I'm not an expert here, but I do know that on the GameCube, some GCARS-CS script hacking was done on a backup of Starfox Assault, and no one was concerned about the addresses being different on an original.  I have no clue whether the scrubbing will affect the game's memory allocation features, but there's an easy way to check.  Just try some codes for your backups using GeckoOS without a USB Gecko, and see if they all work as they should.  If they work, then the addresses are the same.

Hope this helps.  (Anyone is welcome to correct me if I got something wrong.)

I think it is just the same address because it is the same game.
I use some Wiiscrubbed games and they act just normal

The scrubbing of the game does not change the code on the game.  All scrubbing does is removed unused data so that the image can be compressed.  Any codes written on a scrubbed game will work identically to the retail version.
