If you're using GeckoOS with the GameCube version of the game, then yes, it can be converted.  It would probably be difficult or impossible to port the codes to work with the Wii version of the game, given that the two versions are very different.

That said, sometimes it is possible to port codes between consoles.  It depends on how similar the two versions are.
