Gecko OS And Acarina

Ok this is about about Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess. When i use the v2 codes they dont work and i have my master code where it should and nothing works. But the part about it that i find wierd is my disc is a 02 not 01 but gecko os still reads my disc as a 01 and so does ocarina. just wondering if this is going to be fix some time.
