Struggling to hack Gamecube

Most existing codes look wrong / weird, there are multiple game versions. I can't find values in range 80 - 818. Gecko.Net supports the 7F range but ultra slow dumping speed and disconnects before it finishes (7F - 80). If I exclude 80 it will always say: "No results". Memory viewer throwing exceptions when I try to access something below 80. WiiRd doesn't even allow me to dump / view that memory.

Game: Super Smash Brother Melee

Any help?

And why are there so less codes in general?

Their's less codes because everyone hacked them for action replay a long time ago and most hackers haven't bothered to convert them to gecko codetypes
If there's any code at all that you want to be button activated, or even able to toggle on & off, and I have the game, just PM me and I'll make it happen

Alright, do you know anything about my other questions also?

Thank you

Existing codes looking sloppy is probably due to them being straight converted from AR codetypes and not reoptimized for gecko codetypes. I don't know any specific reason for the problems with 7F range searches but WiiRd & Gecko.NET weren't made with gamecube in mind have you tried GCNrd?

GCNrd is a command line application for Action Replay codes? Hell no, I'm done...
Why does Gecko.Net have the "disable address protection" thingy if it doesn't work anyways?

Oh I remembered wrong I thought it could use USB gecko just like WiiRd, I actually just looked at it though and it doesn't have anything below 80000000 in the memory range presets, are you sure 7F something is a valid memory range for gamecube games?

To clarify, are all codes in range 80 - 818? I don't know and on some games I find nothing what's supposed to be there.

Gecko.Net tells about the GameCube 7F memory range:

Well all the codes i've hacked have been, though I've only successfully hacked windwaker so far. I think I remember crashing when trying to search the 80 range in True Crime: Streets of LA but that was before gecko os mod
