ASM freeze problem

So whenever I write a routine, of any level of difficulty, I ALWAYS freeze.  It isn't game dependent, nor is it apparentally dependent on anything else.  Here are some examples of a simple routine that freezes me:

Give 255 Marbles
lis r12,0x91D4
ori r12,r12,0x9464
lis r11,0x0000
ori r11,r11,0x000F
stw r11,0(r12)
blr

And I freeze?

I've also tried setting up a stack frame and using the free registers, however that doesn't work either.  I've tried it on EA Playground, Disney Universe, and many other games yet none work.

And... Don't hate for this part.. However I run my games through Neogamma due to a broken disc drive, however I get the ISOs from my working wii (the one my family uses,) and it was a pretty out dated version, but I tried an updated version and I still have the same error.

Try cfg version 70 it works good your routine looks good here is an example of a game i'm doing gives max score
lis r4,152
ori r4,r4,38527
stw r4,4(r27)
is a template i use for most games i need max for just got to edit for regiters.

Use gecko codetypes (or geckoregisters) instead of C0:

05D49464 0000000F
E0000000 80008000

Since when is "0000000F" 255, though?
