Launch Channel Not Appearing!

When ever I go on Gecko v1.9.3.1, it doesnt give me the choice to load a channel. My Wii is 4.3e, so I think I might not have the right I0S. Can someone help me?

You will have to patch IOS 36 to be able to launch channel & rebooter.
