Mario Kart cheat - can it be undone?

Hi All,

I applied the Wii cheat to try out the other cars etc but did not back up my save data...Is it possible to reverse the cheat so I can get back to the courses I had completed before etc without all cars,mirror mode etc available?...Everything seems to have got harder!! Any help would be appreciated.

Cheat reversing is not possible.. your only choice is to create a new save game. Sorry!

(Technically the only way to disable savegame cheats are savegame cheats whcih lock cars again.. but these probably do not exist)

It depends on what kind of cheats you used:
For Example: If you used an All Courses Unlocked with a FFFFFFFF value..it might be possible to make it No Courses Unlocked by changing the value of the code to 00000000. You just need to get the right value for it.
But, next time, make sure you backup your Save before using cheats...it would be wise to use a Save with no cheats use and a save with cheats use.

What he said.. though be careful with that system.. because this often also results in locking courses you would normally have from the beginning!

I was just giving it as an example...That's why I said, you need to get the right value for it, otherwise it could mess things up even more!!!
