Where can i find geckotool?

Where can i find Geckotool? The only thing on my cd were drivers :|

If you get error message ftd2xx.dll is missing. Download this and place it in C:/windows/system32. Right?

It says it cant boot because FTD2XX.dll cannot be found D:

I just placed it in the same folder as geckotool.exe and it works now

I took a very long time searching for these tools I also once had the usa-ntsc iso but i lost it after a harddrive clean.
