Help with activating codeson Cheat Manager

SO whenever I go on Cheat Manager app on the homebrew channel I select what codes I want to be activated and I activate them. But when I go to the game it's perfectly normal and the codes are not working. For example: I chose moon jump on the conduit but whenever I jump I still jump normal.It's the same with Call of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex.

ok thanks and the moon jump I was using I think was hetoan2's code. Ok i'll try to see if that works and thanks again. ;)
