SMF 1.1.11

Just a quick information: SMF has been updated to 1.1.11 finally.. before I was only doing incremental updates.. meaning 1.1.08 to 1.1.09 to 1.1.10 - however: thanks to old updates which were installed and more the update really didn't work out the way it should.. so technically the forum is reinstalled.. and also I needed to reinstall all packages which were there before.. I hope I didn't miss anything.. thanking others should work, applauding should work and you can still spoil.

Additionally a "stop spammer" addon is installed, I'll see how well it'll function.
