How much do these go for these days? I've seen one on ebay for $109.99 but would that be right?

I've seen a Homebrew-Loader for that, making it possible to load the Action Replay, but without this, your Wii would most likely not able to load the GCN-Action Replay(Tried starting my ARP without  a Loader, and it didn't Work)

Honestly, that wouldn't surprise me. The old ones (with code input) are pretty rare. Like Trekkie said, there is a way to load the DOL of it (the legality of it may be questionable though).

Also, to load the old AR, you just need MIOSv4.
