Rock n' Roll Racing 3D

Some of you may have played a game on the SNES called Rock n' Roll Racing.

If you have: AWESOME!  O0
If you haven't: DO IT!  >:(

Seriously though it's a classic racing game made by Blizzard Entertainment. Rock n' Roll tunes such as "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath and "Born to be Wild" by Steppenwolf playing in the background while "loudmouth" Larry Huffman shouts out stuff like "Let the carnage begin" and "Holy toledo!".

So, anyway. I've been thinking of remaking this game in 3D using OpenGL and models in Maya. Hopefully it'll make it out of the "planning" phase.

So far I've done a model of the Air Blade (3rd row).

It's only my second model ever in Maya so I'm pretty satisfied with it. :P

I intend to make models of the other cars too and will upload them when they're done.

What I need now is some feedback from you. What do you think? Any suggestions?

P.S. Does anyone know how to get the color information into OpenGL using the .obj file format?
