Hacing "backup" games with USB Gecko?

Is there anyway you can hack games that have to be loaded through a different channel (like neo gamma channel).   If i choose the launch channel option in Gecko Os then launch the game in a different channel will my Gecko work?

Yeah, it is possible but not in the way you said.
In the options of your backup launcher there should be an option "debugger", set it to on.
Launch the game and you will be able to hack it.
