Could someone fix the pointers on this code

This is not my code it is a post in the Wii games US Codes section but I wanted to help the guy get his code fixed as it has been sitting there a while and no one has helped him. It is for G.I. Joe Rise of COBRA, US version, and his pointers are not working on some of the codes, if somebody could take a look at them and see if they could fix it and maybe add some other codes such as a score modifier that would be great. Again this is not my code I am just trying to help this guy and get the codes working for what I feel is a good game with a bad rap. Sorry if I am doing this wrong I am just trying to help. Thanks in advance to those who help.
