How to convert codes from NTSC-US to PAL??

Does anyone knows how to convert codes from NTSC-US to Pal/?

It's (usually) not possible to simply convert them using a single tool or program. Since different versions use different memory addresses you need to rebuild the codes from scratch for the new version. (i.e. search for values, finding the address etc.)
