Hey joecamel,  I might get tarred and feathered for bringing this up, but are you using the gecko with the loader Neogamma R8 beta 15 with GXFlush method for the USB drives?  Or are you using the disc?

Same goes with you elmoreas. Disc or the USB booter?  I'm configuring mine up right now..Neogamma is not working with the GUI interface for the WiiRD.  Using disc too much, that laser is going to go bye bye pretty fast.

I learned my lesson after my son made my World at War disc unreadable, I backup all my originals to usb.  Neogamma works for me but the hooktype for sky crawlers is VBI, not GXFlush.

Elmoreas, there were numerous amount of gecko made by Nuke, and so far, the distinction between his first batches (the 1st gen) were not as fast as the 2nd batches.  Everyone who had both the 1st and 2nd batch geckos noticed the big different during the mem dumps, as well as the USB transfer.  I concurred.  My gecko dump the 24 blocks on the old P4 PC pretty fast (avg about 1.2 secs each block).  The old one, I've seen it on the YouTube demo that it takes an avg of 2.5 secs per block dump.  Must be the USB 1.1 for the 1st gen, and the 2nd got spruced up with the USB 2.0.  Any one can correct me this if I'm wrong.

joecamel, thanks for the hook tip.  I'll switch back to the USB instead of the DVD.  I learned my lessons for using original discs.  Just like you, my sons destroyed the original DVDs all the time.  That's why I stick to USB when I could, and worst comes to worst, make DVD-R backups, which lasted for a few plays before I had to make new ones.  Media must have gone bad after the laser cooked it for a while from long hours of playing.

joecamel and elmoreas, try find the memory segment(s) that's responsible for the manual maneuver that you can select using the nunchuck and press A to initiate, not to be confused with the TMC that has the 3 levels.  I've been looking for it, but the memory points that I play with were unsuccessful.  Not sure if it has a timer that goes from 5 or 4 seconds to 0 second, or from 0 to 4 or 5 seconds before the next available maneuver is ready.  I'll continue to try.

The last two lines are a serial code, it writes the 01FFFFFF value for each of the planes in their respective address locations.

1.  engine parts (or fuselage)
2.  all medals (just for show)
3.  game completion status (we need to trigger at least 1 to activate the ace mode).  I got the missions to open up to easy, normal and hard mode.  But not ace.

Sorry I havent been around much this week, my nephew is up for spring break and I am spending all my time teaching him how to use his new USB Gecko, and installing HBC on his Wii and teaching him how to use it and Gecko OS, code mangager, code downloader, etc... as you can imagine 8 days is barely enough to cover all this so I really am out of commission until the 29th of March (day after he goes home) if I get some spare time after he goes to bed at night I will work on finding a way to trigger ace but he is pretty good at keeping up with me so I probably won't get much done until he leaves, sorry. On a positive note, we will have a new code hacker soon. He is really good with computers and the Wii and is picking up the Gecko fast. He made (with my direction) his first code today (day 2 in training) for NES Super Mario Bros. (Inf Health) Who knows maybe he can even help with Sky Crawlers Innocent Aces soon. I might even use the game to introduce him to disc based games and more advanced code hacking in a couple days. Well better go, just wanted to let you know I was out of action for a few days. joecamel, great job as usual.  Let's stick the fork into these codes and call it quit.  I've tested all the codes, and made all the necessary adjustment to the codes line-up to prevent the game from freezing.  All codes tested out, in working order, and let's pat you in the back and say, "Here's your well deserved beer buddy!"   ;D

Time for me to go back and hack the crap out of my Band Hero and a few other Rock Band games.  Since the boys don't like posting codes for online games, I have to hack them so my family can play without getting the boo's and failures.  Heh...life.  Let me know if you need help with any other game..like you need it   ::)
