Need help 4 writing infininte ammo code/no reloads

Ok so I'm new to wrting codes and stuff but iv been able to
Make a few tht didn't really do anything special but it did what I wanted it to do. So now I'm trying to make 1 for infininTe ammo/no reloads. Now I'm pretty sure iv got the basic idea, or maybe I don't u tell me if I'm wrong (like if u want the ammo count to remain at 30 then tht would be an 8 bit correct?). So anyways my question is how do u take the number u want (30) and put tht into the code? And also any tips on how to make a name changer hack? ( this is 4 cod waw wii btw) I saw a guy on there tht could change his name ingame and make it colorful. Any ideas? Thx
