Hex Digit Help?

If 63=99 in Hex, then what 2 Digit Number =1?  I know it's probably a really stupid and obvious question, but I don't know how I would find it out.

you can use windows calculator to convert hex <-> decimal values

open windows calculator, the click view, click scientific and type in the value you want to convert and click the button with "hex"

from 0 to 9 hex and decimal are the same really so to represent it as 2 digits it would be 01
