Sorry, no, the instructions have only been made in English, they are team efforts and the teams needed a communication language. And that happened to be English.

Please try http://dict.leo.org it will translate single words. If you have a basic understanding of the English language it will help you much further than stuff like Altavista Babelfish or Google Translate.
