*this code actually makes the game constantly open the door and release a pokemon and makes the timer think it's at 01 and releases a pokemon then it resets timer back and counts down 'till next one, timer is reset at 01 and will release pokemon non-stop. Normally the game would have a limit to how many pokemon are out (default is 01, goes to 02 when a pokemon's out) this code sets it to 01 and therefore making the game think there are no pokemon out.

Just some notes if someone wants to port it for their injected version or when a new region releases it.

This works similar to the Saffron city pokemon code, the game seems to use a countdown timer for lots of things. Just setting it to 0001 will make an item appear. To find this in other regions do unknown value searches and less than searches until an item appears, then when it does do a greater than search. Continue with less than searches until you get 1 value.
