Question about forum reset

So, today I decided, hey, I have some free time for once, woo! (quite ironic when my exams are next week)

Anyway, I decided to log in and my password didn't work, tried three times, so it sent me an email etc.
Obviously I changed my pass to where I could log in but I'd like to know, back when the forums came back up(Yes, I know, last time I logged in was before forums went down)did all passwords get reset? :-\

And on a side note, would anyone be nice enough to explain what happened while I was gone?(Although this is probably the only time I'll be on until after exams)

Hey RSR long time no see. as for the pass word thing, mine didn't reset...

some new things are: Gecko OS is now being developed by Birkrich, the fourm is now strictly for code making/code support, and gecko OS can debug channels.

well while you were gone the forums got hacked by some loser website because they claim hetoan2 'stole' some of their animal crossing codes when it was actually the other way round. took about 3 weeks to get the forums back, first we went to orangechicken, then bsodtv now were back here.

some passwords were reset cos of the hackers (if i recall correctly) but everythings fine now :)

yep, i think it was because the hackers could see them but im not sure, also some people that were mods got de-modded.

'WiiRd' as a word :O
It will replace close mispellings with it
