help convert to gct

On Mario Paper for example... I was hacking the Rubees (Chapter2-3). Each room have different codes for the rubees. For example; if you go all the way up, there're three room. First room is some guys in there doing nothing. Second room, you need a passcode to enter. And the third room, with some guys working running electrical machine.

81124880 - password room
811D4920 - next door of password room

If you poke the passcode room code in the next door, it won't work. Same goes for the next door room. So how do you convert this to gct code so that you get 1mil rubee or 99999999? the differences that i check is +10...
