About Any region changer 's erro on Korea wii

My wii is korea,I install hbc beta9 on my wii. 3.3k modchip d2ckey

I no use any Mario Kart update to my wii. I use Zelda to install hbc beta 9and successful !

I use "anyregion changer" ,it show erro 9,7 -24582,0,0

How can i use it ?And I use geckoos 1.07b to launcher Zelda game(us) into game ,it show the black screen,no any words!
