Fifa 08 doesn't hook?

I tried to hook with Fifa 08, but when I try the normal boot it stucks at the wristband warning, I tried all the hook types, and rebooter stuff, but it keeps getting stuck at the wristband warning or it loads but WiiRD gives a "error sending command"
so, any ideas?
