WARNING: Rebooter - 3.3 V2

sorry but needed to get your attention, as i keep seeing the same posts about Rebooter not working, so i thought this thread will catch eyes.

With the new 3.3 V2 update i.e latest online update. ES_Identify is smoked. Because Rebooter uses ES_Identify to switch to the system menu it fails.

Also WAD installers, and pretty much anything else that use ES_Identify is complete wiped out by this update.

Bootmii when released (http://www.hackmii.com) will sort all these problems.

Team Twiizers have found new exploits, but of course for safety reasons, these are not exposed.

IOS 16 is also an entrypoint, cIOS too, but I would not update.

You can manually add the shop update without updating online. This is a really wise. If you don't give a shit about the shop, then just hang in there before updating, and keep checking outing out hackmii.

In the meantime i'll be working on the new stuff, make sure you check my blog (see sig) for updates.

I was wondering if it is safe to use Muzer's updater what can be found here http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wii_Shop_and_IOS51_installer ?

I dont want to loose the ability to use the rebooter/cheat function so that's why i ask here ;)

thats the only legal way to update to 3.3v2 and still have rebooter if you don't have a cIOS.

It's being tested now I think. I have a copy of early version but I'm too scared to install it (dont know what may happen). Can't wait for new rebooter!
