Gecko Freeze

I just Downloaded the Homebrew channel and Gecko and i was really excited. I got the codes for my game and everything was working fine. But when i tried to boot my game from Gecko the Wii remote wont connect. I can't get past the page about the wrist band or whatever because my Wii remote stopped working. I had the same problem on Ocarina. Like what's wrong???

What system menu version, what game, what hook?

we have 4.3u, were playing animal crossing, and i dunno what a hook is...sorry im new to this

Hook is a choice in the options.  default is usually the best

Have you tried booting the game without any codes?

Also, use this thread http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,8488.0.html and check what version of the game you have

we just checked and the hook is on default. also the version we are using is 1.

oh and the game works without codes.

If it works without codes, and freezes with codes, I would say one of your codes is the problem.

Try to remove the last half of the codes from the list.  If it works, the freeze code is in that half.  If it still freezes, the freeze code is in the first half.

Whichever half has the freeze code, remove half of those codes, and repeat that process.  Eventually you'll find the code that's giving you problems.
