Cheats dont work ANYMORE

PAL:
I updated to 4.3 and got hbc back and everything (with pal smash stack) but when gecko loads the gct, no codes are loaded and i also have the problen with my usbloader gx and configurable usb loader. However, the unrestricted pause camera in Brawl works - thats the only code that works.
