Hello everyone here,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction. I followed the steps to get this far. I have my BootMii Wii loaded with Homebrew Channel. 4.3U Wii Console.

I followed the steps as told, did as much reading as I could. I have the homebrew channel installed correctly, and installed the following apps, code downloader, cheat manager and gecko os.

So I know how to download the cheats, create the gct file and load the DISC GAME via the Gecko Loader to play the game with cheats.

There is one thing that I cannot figure out to do ...

I have the games Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10 on my SD card that I bought with my Wiiware points. I noticed that in code downloader they have cheats for these games.

What I would like to kknow is how can I cheat on MM9 and MM10 since I cannot load them via Gecko. I can only load Disc games, am I doing something wrong here or something am I missing an application or a Gecko addon? Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction please and thank you!!

You have to put them onto the system first. (Can't be read from SD Card and use codes)

And you should check out the GeckoCodes 'official app', Accio Hacks. It replaces both Code Downloader and Cheat Manager- it's faster and skinned to look like the database.

Thanks James for the fast reply. I just realized that. Another user has mentioned this, I will download Accio Hacks instead as recommended by others.

And how do I put the games MM9 and MM10 from my SD card to my Wii? Can this still be done or not?

Also, how would I launch them or load them with the codes. My Gecko 1.9.3.1 only says Launch Disc is there one that is supposed to say launch channel?

You transfer the games to the Wii the same way you transferred them to the SD Card in the first place- through the system menu/settings.

Uhh.. For the channel launching, I don't remember exactly. Search the boards though, I know that's come up multiple times.

ok thanks, my Wii games MM9 and MM10 are now on my Wii Channel lineup system memory (duh) it worked.

Now I just need to find out how to get the launch channel option,
any idea what to search for or what forum to begin?
