Zeus' thigh, actually.  Zeus knocked up Semele (what a philanderer!), and Hera appeared as an old crone and convinced Semele that Zeus was not her baby's daddy.  So Semele demanded to see Zeus.  Well...when mortals look at a god's true form, they explode.  So Zeus sewed baby Dionysus into his thigh; hence why he was twice born.

I originally took your comment as "sprouted from Zeus' xyz knowing asm", which is very similar in tone to Athena's birth.  Her mother was Metis, and Zeus swallowed her to prevent her from having any babies, but she was already preggo with Athena and gave birth inside Zeus, which is how he got the headache, so the smithie Hephaestus split his head open and that's when Athena burst forth from his forehead fully armed with weapons given by her mother.

it's debatable as to weather it were Zeus' thigh or testicles. I have heard both. I'm pretty sure it changes in different stories/translations
