Hm... that indeed sounds promising.. technically Gecko dotNET was designed to communicate completely via an internal interface file ( USBGecko.cs ) it is not supposed to handle any communication itself.. so on a technical note.. I assume, if MegaIOS really provides all the commands the gecko handler has - a simple replacement of usbgecko.cs WILL (not maybe it WILL) allow Gecko dotNET to communicate with MegaIOS.

That might be really interesting.
