is it safe to downgrade on a 4.2U with DOP-mii?

you have to downgrade never ever your wii. :rolleyes:
It´s even better to have the newest firmware, but be careful to not lose HBC or Cios!
It can cost you some useful apps. (Safe Update with Firmware Updater by Waninkoko)
