Custom Robo for GC and Metroid Prime Trilogy don't work using the latest GeckoOS

I have Custom Robo for GameCube but its a region USA so I have to play it using Gecko OS but when i try to play it I either get a message saying there has been an error or that there has been a disc read error.
I do have force NTSC-U on.

I have a PAL version of Metroid Prime Trilogy but i want to use cheats so im using Gecko OS but for some reason after about 1.30 minutes of gameplay it stops and goes to bootmii, whether or not it got there using boot2 or ios i'm not sure although i do have my SD card in.

Try Gecko OS mod on the gamecube game:

It allows to select which video mode to use for gamecube games, while the video mode in the official Gecko OS might not be actually used in the game. But you need the cMIOS from the thread and set Gecko OS mod to GC mode internal, or it won't do anything different than the official one.

About Mettoid Prime Triology, sounds like a media/drive problem to me.
