Breakpoints

I am working on a code for resident evil 4 for enemies can't hit you or walk through enemies. I set 8043D530 and hit write, set breakpoint. I get hit. it freezes. then 3 stw come up. I go to disassembler and it says
8010B18C 908D8B10  stw      r4, -29936 (r13) as the first one. How am i supposed to modify this to try to test/make my code? I have tried nop, nothing.  Thanks in advance.
