"Equal"loose health"less than"???

Ok i know its bothering you that i am one of those same guys that asks you or the geniuses in this forum on how to do health codes!! :o
I have read every single threads of health possible in This forum and everyone tells me
"start a match with full health then search for equal then loose health than search for less than and repeat...?what do i repeat? Do i need to loose heLth agIn but if i do a "less than "search do i need to loose more health than the first "less than"that i searched for?

And at the end i alwaaaays have loads of pokes even if i did minimise the comparaison codes!And do i need to search for 32 bits in health codes?

When i found the value of health and when i will poke the code , how will my health react? Will the red around just dissapear and the code works or i will not know until i get really red And stay red but not die!?

Basically i am trying to hack COD : WAW in PAL and i Am a newbie at making codes for It!but not noob in the game itself!

Help will be much AppreciTed and i will thank everyone that will post a Decent answer!!
