How do I enable a code in Wiird in real-time. For exampe; how do I enable this code for Animal Crossing while I'm in the game.

You could add a button activator, but that would be kind of hard with this particular code.
Or you need to add the code in the GCT tab of WiiRD (if you have an USBGecko), there you can turn the code ON/OFF.
But that won't do for this code, because you need to write the original value back.

The code you posted is button activated, the triggers are  "Press C+Up/C+Dwn Wiimote".
