USBLoader and USB Gecko?

Hello everyone,
I ordered my USB Gecko yesterday (finally  ;)) and now I wanted to know if I can use it with a USBLoader version?
I mean, I buy all games I want to hack, but USBLoader is faster and I want to keep my texture hacks as well as custom quests (the game is Monster Hunter 3 btw)...

If not, it isn't world's end for me but it would be nice~
