Link posted an infinite rings code for the USA version:
Infinite Rings
42000000 90000000
04B19BA4 000003E7
04B19BA8 000003E7
E0000000 80008000

and memorris posted an infinite rings code for the pal version
[999 Rings][memorris]
42000000 90000000
04B385A4 000003E7
04B385A8 000003E7
E0000000 80008000

I didn't see much difference between the codes
so I decided to put the codes in calculator

04B385A4 - 04B19BA4 = 1EA00
04B385A8 - 04B19BA8 = 1EA00

Then I decided to try to port link's max boost code to pal
Max Boost
42000000 90000000
04B19BBC 00000006
04B19BB0 42F00000
E0000000 80008000

04B19BBC + 1EA00 = 04B385BC
04B19BB0 + 1EA00 = 04B385B0

Max Boost ported to pal
42000000 90000000
04B385BC 00000006
04B385B0 42F00000
E0000000 80008000

I tested it and it works!
So that's how you port sonic unleashed codes.
Note: It may not work with all codes.

Tested on:
Max Boost
Infinite rings for super sonic

I kinda tried the same idea for the moon jumps for hedgehog and werehog to work on the Cube controller but it didnt work tho I may have done it wrong.

http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,1905.45.html this page of the site shows the GC controllers joker address for the NTSC version, I tried following carefully on how to alter the code for the Z button on the GC controller but it came out wrong.
