Animal Crossing CityFolk Gamesave File

I dumped my gamesave to my sd card using wanikos savegame extractor.Once It finished dumping I went to my computer to find out that it was 4.12 megabytes.Well I wanted to edit it using Ac toolkit and it only reads RvForest.dat files that are around 4.5 megabytes.So then to try to make it shorter I deleted all my trees,items,money,and points.It is still at 4.12 megabytes.Any ideas or help on how to get it to work.
