1.Alright, I want to hack one of my Wii games, and I have the Homebrew Channel.  I downloaded Gecko OS 1.07a to my desktop, and I also downloaded Ocarina Code Manager to my desktop.  Now how do I get it to my Wii?  Just copy the Gecko OS to my SD card?

2.  Once I get Gecko OS onto my Wii, how do I apply the codes from Ocarina to my game?

Assuming that you already have the Homebrew Channel installed, try the instructions quoted below.  If you do not have the Homebrew Channel, you will need to do that first.

If you haven't already done so, I would recommend downloading one of these versions of GeckoOS/Ocarina...

GeckoOS 1.07b Released

Gecko 1.9.1

Also, download the newest version of the Wii Cheat Code Manager...

-  On the root of your SD card, create a folder called 'apps'.
-  Next, open the 'Gecko107b' folder.
-  Inside the 'Gecko107b' folder, open the 'GeckoOS107b' folder.
-  Once you open that folder, open the 'HBC' folder.
-  Inside this folder, you will see a folder that is named 'GeckoOS107b'.  Either copy or move this into the 'apps' folder on the SD card.

The Wii Cheat Code Manager does not need to be on your SD card.

Next, go to the following site to obtain cheat codes for many games...

http://www.usbgecko.com/codes/

When you open a page for a game, click on 'DOWNLOAD' to save a .txt file to your computer.  Open that file in the Wii Cheat Code Manager, and select the codes that you want to use.  When you select the codes that you want, click on 'Export to GCT', and save it onto your SD card.  This will create a folder on your SD card, which will be named 'codes', and inside that folder, you should see the .gct file.

Now, when you open the Homebrew Channel, you should see GeckoOS.  Simply open it, start the game, and it should load the codes as well.
