first time here and I apologize if I am out of line. Just got my Gecko and cant even get it installed.
Can someone provide or point me to an installation guide. I have the disk that came with it but nothing will install. Popped it in per the instructions and nothing happened. No pop up window. I searched here but could not find anyting to help.

I am using Vista and a Wii

ok watched the info. I dont even get the WINDOW at the bottom. I went to CONTROL PANELS and ADD NEW HARDWARE (please keep in mind I normally use a mac, stuck using windoze vista for work), selected the cd, bt no drivers avaialable to install.

plug in your usbgecko and go to windows update and select USB Serial Converter

Sorry to be  a pest. I did as stated, where in windows update can I select USB Serial Convertor?
