a different type of Serial code..is it possible?

I have a list of items and the list applies to all characters in the game. The difference between each character is 100hex
For Example:

Character 1
item 1

Item 2
04444448 00000002
item 3

Character 2
item 1
04444544 00000001
Item 2
04444548 00000002
item 3
0444454C 00000003

To make the item codes short for character 1
10 items
08444444 00000001
20090004 00000001

To make the item codes short for character 2
10 items
08444544 00000001
20090004 00000001

If there are 50 Characters in the game, I'll have to do 50 codes separately

Is it possible to combine all 50 Characters codes together (2 x 50 = 100 lines of codes) and make a shorter code like 4 lines?
