"Advanced" tab in "USB Serial Converter" of Device Manager

Hi,

I just got a USBGecko and was trying it out.  The driver installed OK, and I followed the instructions at http://www.usbgecko.com/vcpmode.htm to enable the VCP mode.  Basically, there was an Advanced tab in the "USB Serial Converter" page of Device Manager, and a COM port got added after I checked the checkbox to use VCP mode.

After deleting the COM port from Device Manager, the Advanced tab is gone.

How do I get it back to reenable VCP mode?  I tried FTClean.exe from the \driverclean folder of the CD and reinstalling the "USB Serial Converter" but it is still missing.  ???

Any suggestions are appreciated!
